This impressive Chinese birdcage is expertly crafted with a minimal silhouette and dramatic height. The dream home for a feathered friend, the cage is painstakingly assembled from hundreds of thin bamboo rods, delicately set within a rounded frame for a tall, cylindrical form. Two overlapping panels on the sides allow the cage to be extended or collapsed as needed for your desired height. The cage hangs from a large hook of brass and bent bamboo and is finished with a thin layer of black lacquer to enhance its graphic visual impact.
